Confession: Why doesn’t Arashi do anything together lately? Is there a problem with that? No hate towards Koyama and Kamenashi for 24hrTV. I just want my babies together for more than their variety shows. Especially since this has been a slow year for them so far, I mean mid-April and no releases what so ever?! Are they being punished for something or what?
It’s not a punishment. It’s natural progression for every aging Johnny’s groups. Arashi is in its 18th year. I hate to say this but disbandment (like what happened to SMAP) or hiatus from group activities (like Shounentai right now) will be inevitable. Johnny’s needs to find avenues for each member to thrive and support themselves when the time comes.
And I don’t know, maybe Aiba has a personal reason he’s accepting all those job offers.
Or maybe Arashi’s going to surprise us with singles for the upcoming movies in the latter part of 2017
